Refunds, Credits and Cancellations
We feel we have been very successful with the help of the lobbying and pressure from our travel bodies, the Focus Group and Business Travel Association in obtaining a large percentage of refunds when many airlines were trying to avoid this and encouraging a voucher instead. We understand that in a few cases a refund has not been possible and the only option was a credit (KLM for example, along with other airlines have had this policy endorsed by their respective countries), there are still negotiations going on whereby this credit can be used by the agency or as a name change to speed up the use of the credit which will be beneficial.
