British Airways to allow Avios upgrades on travel agency bookings

On 18th July, British Airways will be launching the ability to upgrade certain bookings made via a travel agent using your Avios points.

The upgrades themselves will be processed by the Executive Card holder via BA.com. You will not be able to upgrade tickets in the cheaper classes or those issued on special 'consolidator' fares.
